Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PixelApps Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Pixel & Lead Form Validator Chrome extension (the “Extension”) and this website (together, the “Service”).

1. The short version

2. Data processed locally in your browser

To detect pixels and validate forms, the Extension reads network requests sent to tracking providers (such as Meta, Google, and TikTok) and observes form submissions and clicks on the page you are viewing. This data — including URLs, event names, event parameters, and any hashed customer data contained in them — is processed locally and kept in your browser’s temporary extension storage. It is cleared when you close the tab or navigate away, and it is never transmitted to us.

Form field values you type are not read or stored by the Extension.

3. Data we collect

DataPurpose
Email addressCreating and signing in to your account (email code or Google sign-in).

4. Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your full card details. Paddle shares with us your email, subscription status, and billing country. The Paddle Privacy Policy applies to payment data.

5. Service providers

6. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Usage counters older than 90 days are deleted. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us; we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we must keep billing records by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support@pixelcheck.app.

8. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data only to provide the Extension’s single purpose: validating tracking pixels and lead form conversions.

9. Children

The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Significant changes will be announced by email.
