If Pixel & Lead Form Validator Pro isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
Renewals
- Monthly plan — renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Pro stays active until the end of the paid month.
- Yearly plan — if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date for a full refund of that renewal.
How to request a refund
Email support@pixelcheck.app from the email address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
How to cancel
Open the Extension → Account → Manage subscription, or use the link in any Paddle receipt email. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
