Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Pixel & Lead Form Validator Chrome extension and website (the “Service”), provided by PixelApps Studio (“we”, “us”). By installing the Extension or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service helps you inspect advertising and analytics tags (such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and TikTok Pixel) on web pages and test whether lead forms send conversion events. Results are informational and based on what your browser observes; they may not reflect server-side tracking or data processed by the ad platforms.

2. Accounts

You need an account for form tests and Pro features. You are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing accounts is not allowed.

3. Plans and billing

• Free — pixel detection, live event log, and up to 5 Lead Form Tests or reports per day (reset at 00:00 UTC).
• Pro Monthly — $7 USD per month. Pro Yearly — $59 USD per year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service on websites you are not permitted to test, or in violation of applicable law;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer licensing, or resell access to the Service;
• interfere with or overload our servers or other users’ accounts.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its code, design and branding, belongs to PixelApps Studio. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it while these Terms are in effect. Reports you generate are yours.

Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will detect every tag or issue, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for your tracking setup and advertising results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost leads or wasted advertising spend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we discontinue the Service, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and notify you of material changes by email or in the Extension.
